RETURNS
14 DAYS FOR RETURNS
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return the ordered product within 14 days of receiving it.
The product should be in a condition suitable for resale. You can try on the footwear at home, preferably on a clean and dry surface.
Please do not wear the footwear outdoors before deciding to purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

provide the email address used during purchase,
select the product you wish to return,
follow the instructions displayed in the system.
The system will automatically find your order and guide you through the entire return process.
If you choose to return via our system, you can generate a return label. You pay for the return shipment yourself through the Integriser payment gateway.
After payment, you will receive the label and instructions for sending the package.
YOU CAN ALSO SEND THE RETURN YOURSELF
If you do not wish to use the online return system, you can arrange the shipment yourself.

The cost of returning the product independently is borne by the customer.
It is advisable to include information with the order number with the package. You can also include a completed withdrawal form.
The form is not mandatory if the declaration of withdrawal from the contract has been previously submitted to us by other means.
COST OF RETURN
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
This applies to returns made via the Integriser system as well as shipments arranged independently.
When using the Integriser system, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer directly in the payment gateway during the return process.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND?
We will process the refund no later than 14 days from the date of receiving information about the withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or confirmation of its dispatch — whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the order placement, unless we agree on a different solution with you.
In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, we also refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery available in our store at the time of purchase.
If a more expensive delivery method was chosen, we will refund an amount corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery method.
IN WHAT CONDITION CAN SHOES BE RETURNED?
You can try on shoes at home, just as you would in a physical store.
Please:
try on shoes on a clean and dry surface,
do not wear them outdoors before deciding to purchase,
protect the sole from dirt and damage,
send the product back in a condition suitable for resale,
properly secure the shipment for transport.
If the product is used in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, its value may decrease. In such a case, the customer’s liability is assessed in accordance with applicable regulations.
SIZE EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchanges of products or sizes.
If you need a different size or want to choose a different model, return the purchased product, and then place a new order for the desired size or model.
This way, you don’t have to wait for the return process to complete to order the desired product — you can place a new order immediately if the size is available..
