Return regulations

You have the right to return the Goods for any reason within 14 days of receiving the Goods. The store has the right to refuse to accept the Return,  
If the Return was made after the deadline or if the Goods have defects or bear signs of use. The funds will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Store. The refund will be made by the same payment method that was selected when placing the order.  For orders shipped COD, the refund will be made to the bank account specified in the return form (applies only to shipments within Poland). We do not accept goods returned by cash on delivery.

IMPORTANT

Please properly secure the footwear for shipping. Properly securing the heels and toes of the shoes by wrapping them with the tissue paper included in the package will protect the shoe leather from abrasion during transport. The customer is responsible for the condition of the goods during shipment. Cotton bags are part of the product. Please do not soil the bags by placing them under the soles of the footwear.
